About the Position:

Juniper Marketing is responsible for the full spectrum of marketing activities. While our interns are assigned to specific, real business impacting projects they are also exposed to the other marketing functions for networking and learning. In Summer 2023, we will have intern positions available in each of the following marketing functions:

• Brand & Comms Marketing : The Brand and Communications Marketing team is the creative powerhouse of a company, dedicated to shaping and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels. This team expertly crafts compelling narratives and strategic messaging, ensuring that every communication aligns with the company's values and resonates with its target audience. They oversee a range of functions from advertising and public relations to digital marketing and social media, working tirelessly to enhance the company's public image and strengthen its market presence. Their innovative campaigns and skillful storytelling not only captivate customers but also foster lasting brand loyalty and engagement.

• Product Marketing : The Product Marketing team plays a crucial role in driving the success of the company's products. This team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that position products effectively in the market. They conduct market research, define personas, and create messaging that highlights the unique features and benefits of the products. Their efforts are essential in launching new products, increasing product adoption, and ensuring commercial success.

• Performance Marketing : The Performance Marketing team with Web and Content specializes in driving measurable results through digital channels. This team focuses on creating and optimizing web content and digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific objectives like lead generation, conversions, and sales. • Marketing Operations & Analytics : The Marketing Operations & Analytics team is the backbone of a company's marketing efforts, focusing on optimizing marketing processes and measuring performance. This team leverages data analytics, technology, and process management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. They are responsible for tracking key performance indicators, analyzing customer data and market trends, and providing insights that guide strategic decisions. Their work ensures that marketing investments are aligned with business goals and yield measurable results, making them an essential part of the marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with your manager and teammates to execute projects: develop plans, manage expectations, communicate effectively to all involved and deliver results on time.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative, teamwork, autonomy and leadership in your area of expertise and work assignment.

• Demonstrate passion for delighting customers with technology solutions grounded in customer insights.

• Demonstrate strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build enduring partnerships.

• Demonstrate the ability to learn on the fly and the desire to explore curiosities in all areas of marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, CS, EE or other applicable degree. Student must have at least one quarter/semester remaining in BA/BS program following the Summer 2023 internship.

• Microsoft Office suite

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

• An open mind and willingness to learn from a talented team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Networking and/or tech industry familiarity

Minimum Salary: $61,875.00

Maximum Salary:$94,875.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $61,875.00 and $94,875.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
