Schools (Employers) around the world are welcome to hire our Mandarin Chinese teachers and candidates for Au Pair /Education interns. The school (Family) does not have to bear any costs and can interview our candidates freely.
School (Employer) Must meet the legal requirements for the employment of Chinese teachers,Au Pair and education interns in the country of residence.
Sign an employment contract with a candidate who has passed the interview, determine the specific working hours, job content, and salary (the minimum salary for the teacher program must be the same as or higher than the salary of the local teacher, and the salary of the education intern is 30-60% of the teacher ) etc.
Provide the official invitation letter for the necessary documents for the candidate to apply for a visa. If it is an American school (employer), we will issue a J-1 visa Ds2019 with our American partner (Sponsor designated by the US State Department) .
The email from the employer(School) to us must indicate: the employer's nationality, the name and address of the school (Employer), salary, working hours, job content, what participants (Teacher, Au Pair,Education intern) are required, and when to start.

We conduct program publicity, qualification review, language test selection, personality survey, academic diploma verification, visa training, and collect the deposit of candidates to ensure that they can participate in the program on time,for teachers, Au Pair, and Educational intern candidates.
We received an email and within 2 working days , according to the employer ’s (school) request, provide the resume of the suitable candidate, video introduction, the employer is free to interview the candidate, if there is no suitable candidate, we will release recruitment information for selection as soon as possible.
